01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the winrm platform at winrm.bio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and winrm (the "Platform" or "we"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
winrm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform's notification system or via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written and enforced in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.
02 Eligibility and Age Restriction
The winrm platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. 18+ By creating an account or using any service on winrm, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. winrm operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all users:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You must not be acting as an agent or representative of a third party in funding, operating, or deriving benefit from this account.
- You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the winrm platform under these Terms or any prior version thereof.
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
winrm may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents — including but not limited to a National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the verification process is complete.
03 Account Registration and Security
To access any real-money service on winrm, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and payment method details — must be truthful and must match the identity documents you hold.
One Account Per Person: Each individual player is permitted to hold and operate exactly one winrm account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, winrm reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any associated bets or winnings, and retain any deposited funds pending investigation.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. winrm will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
- Unauthorised Access: You must notify winrm immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- OTP Verification: winrm uses one-time password (OTP) verification via your registered mobile number as an additional layer of account security. You must ensure your registered mobile number remains current and accessible.
- Account Transferability: Your winrm account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.
- KYC Compliance: winrm reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage. Non-compliance with KYC requests within 14 calendar days will result in the suspension of the account and the freezing of its balance pending resolution.
04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on the winrm platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). winrm does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.
- Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your winrm account within three minutes of successful transaction confirmation.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned or flagged for investigation.
- winrm reserves the right to impose temporary deposit limits during periods of account verification or investigation.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, and to an account registered in the same name as the winrm account.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is 2–24 hours for mobile financial service accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 3–5 business days for bank transfers.
- Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional identity verification checks before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.
- winrm reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending the outcome of an investigation.
05 Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slots, Royal Fishing, and other gaming activities conducted on winrm. Product-specific rules for individual games and markets are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on winrm are subject to acceptance by the platform. winrm reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where unusual betting patterns are detected.
- Odds Fluctuation: Sports betting odds are dynamic and may change between the time you select a market and the time your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your stake.
- Void Bets: A bet will be declared void and your stake returned in the event that the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or settled in a manner that makes the original market undefined. Specific void conditions are set out in the individual sport rules published on the platform.
- Result Disputes: winrm uses official result sources — including scorecards published by the ICC, BPL, and IPL governing bodies — for match settlement. In the event of a discrepancy, winrm's decision is final and binding, subject only to the escalation process outlined in Section 8.
- System Errors: In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted or settled incorrectly, winrm reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake. winrm is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on erroneous odds or market information displayed due to a technical fault.
- In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to brief processing delays necessary for odds recalculation. Bets submitted during a delay period may be accepted at the next confirmed odds or declined if the market is suspended.
- Casino and Slots: All casino games and slots on winrm are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The house edge for each game is embedded in its design by the provider and is disclosed within the game's information panel. winrm does not manipulate game outcomes.
06 Bonuses and Promotions
winrm offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions — particularly during BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:
- Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are not withdrawable as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page and typically ranges from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% of the stake value. Live casino games contribute at variable rates. Some game categories (e.g., certain table games) may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. The eligible game list is published within each promotion's specific terms.
- Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unconverted at the end of the bonus validity period will be forfeited automatically. The standard validity period is 7 to 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per account at any time. Attempting to claim the same promotion more than once — whether through the same account or multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse.
- Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Most deposit bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit before the bonus is credited. The minimum qualifying deposit is stated on the relevant promotion page.
- Forfeiture: winrm reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a software error, or breach of these Terms in connection with the bonus.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winrm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
- Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one winrm account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, using hedging strategies designed solely to extract bonus value, or systematically placing low-risk wagers solely to meet wagering requirements on promotional funds.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market — including at live casino tables.
- Match Manipulation: Placing bets based on advance knowledge of, or participation in, the manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event. winrm maintains a duty to report credible suspicions of match-fixing to relevant sports governing bodies.
- Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Fraudulent Payments: Using stolen, unauthorised, or otherwise fraudulent payment credentials to fund your account. Chargebacks initiated without genuine grounds will be treated as fraudulent and may result in legal action.
- Third-Party Account Funding: Depositing funds on behalf of another player or allowing a third party to deposit funds into your account.
- Exploiting Technical Errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known technical error may be voided.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
winrm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the required timeframe.
- Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 7.
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder under the winrm Responsible Gaming programme.
- A court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, winrm will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable time, subject to any legal constraints that may restrict disclosure. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your winrm account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — after the deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities — will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
Disputes: If you disagree with a decision made by winrm in relation to your account, a bet settlement, or a payment transaction, you should first contact the support team with full details of your query. winrm commits to reviewing all formal disputes and providing a written response within 14 business days.
